A common building for study, practice, and making.

Move

A spacious gazebo connected to the outdoors.

Stay

Simple cabins and a welcoming shared kitchen.

The common building

One shared home for study, workshops, practitioner sessions, and conversations that carry into the evening. Flexible rooms and a shaded veranda will connect learning with everyday life.

A small village for learning stays

Volunteer cabins with a communal kitchen nearby. Shared meals, practical learning, and space for both company and quiet will shape life here.

A quieter place by the river

A future wellness area and sauna near the Peñas Blancas, with shaded resting places and the sound of flowing water.

Growing in stages

The main house is under construction. Shared spaces, volunteer accommodation, and the river retreat will follow as the project grows.

Designed as one place

Local materials, natural shade, and thoughtful water and energy systems will connect the buildings to the landscape.

Belongings / Purchase to upkeep

The pump has a history now.

In this demo, the transfer pump needs attention before the next garden watering round.

In SoilJournalA pump belonging links its location, a care task, and a repair cost. The cost starts as a $60 plan; the payment is recorded separately as $50.

What happenedThe demo pump returns to Ready. The payment is $10 below the repair plan, and a maintenance date remains visible.

The next stepReview its condition on 29 August and keep the service note with the item. The next person can see what was done.
